There are four cost levels listed below from lowest cost to highest:

1. Existing Lunch 'N Learn – We can record and edit your existing course and host it online as a Hi-Definition streaming video

2. Conversion – You have a course and you want it to be AIA approved and hosted here for three years. There are no changes to course content.

3. Conversion-Plus – You have a course, but you want to change more than 50% of the content, have it AIA approved and hosted for three years.

4. Scratch – You want to develop a new course, have it AIA approved and hosted for three years.

In the Autumn of 2010, AIA acted to approve all new courses for three years instead of two. Nevertheless, most courses must be updated more frequently than every three years because of competitive pressures or product modifications. We chose not to charge up front for year three, knowing that most sponsors would modify their courses and re-submit them for a new three-year term. Our hosting, therefore, is calculated on a two-year hosting plan so sponsors have an option to either extend for the final year or modify their course at any time prior to the end of the two-year term and submit for a full three-year term.
